The University of Nairobi in collaboration with Kenyatta National Hospital, Crown Healthcare and Karl Storz Kenya, through a team led by Dr. Michael Magoha and Mr. Harun Aseka have been able to offer 7 patients state of the art neuro endoscopic procedures that they would otherwise not have been able to afford.
The procedures included endoscopic fenestrations, endoscopic third ventriculostomies, endoscopic biopsies among others.
