The Thematic Unit of Neurosurgery recently had the honor of hosting Prof. Samuel Kaba during a visit aimed at fostering collaboration and sharing best practices in specialized medical care.
Prof. Kaba was warmly received by the leadership team, including the Chair of Surgery Department Dr. Elly Nyaim, and the Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof. Daniele Ojuka, alongside Dr. Chris Musau, Dr. Julius Kiboi, and Dr. Michael Magoha. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the unit’s ongoing initiatives and advancements in neurosurgical care and research.
During the session, Dr. Magoha presented an overview of the work being undertaken within the thematic unit, highlighting key achievements, innovative approaches, and the impact of their efforts in improving patient outcomes. The presentation was met with great enthusiasm and appreciation from Prof Kaba, who commended the team for their dedication and progress.
